I am am a creative and supportive Coach and Counsellor ( One Vision Counselling) with over 25 years of experience working in the private and voluntary sectors both as Manager and Coach. I am a member of BACP and the Association for Coaching.
I started my career as peer support coach at a residential rehabilitation centre specialising in the treatment of addiction, my last job was as an internal organisational business coach at London South Bank University.
I have a proven track record working with individuals and groups, using a wide range of skills, techniques and approaches to overcome obstacles and difficulties in order to realise their natural potential to achieve extraordinary results. Career coaching, Stress Management, Performance anxiety and improvement, Self esteem, Redundancy, Maternity coaching, Living with long term illness and Work/Life balance are some of the issues I have dealt successfully with amazing results.

In addition I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a member of the Institute of Coaching (Harvard University). I have studied under Professor Stephen Palmer, Siobhan O'Riordan and Nick Edgerton, leading international coaching academics, London.
I am currently training in Psychosynthesis coaching and the use of mindfulness exercises in order to help my clients to access deep rooted parts of themselves.
I am currently teaching the Certificate in Life Coaching skills ( CPCAB) to new coaches and supervise the groups.
My approach is to form strong partnerships with my clients and work systematically to their agendas. Through my experience I believe the most fascinating developmental learning happens when trusting the coaching process and the application of coaching tools and skills. This enables clarity and focused solutions to become reality. The intergration of all areas of my clients lives is the aim of our work together. My approach is Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Solution focused and evidence based.
Progress evolves when working in conjunction with a client’s life experience, family history, environment, values, feelings, beliefs,desires and identity. These elements combine to create a powerful force that enables an individual, team or organisation to drive forward toward their desired goals and ongoing development.
I have a private Coaching practice in central London and SE London as well as visiting organisations at their own premises to see their employees.
My personal interest is in Recovery Coaching (from Addiction, Alcoholism and Codependency) and Sobriety Coaching. I work with clients who have successfully completed their Addiction treatment and assist them to build a life that is fun, engaged and meaningful. I specialise in supporting people returning to their workplace to cope with the stress of early recovery.
Coaching sessions are also available via video conferencing (Skype) for international clients.
tmcoaching is also able to offer coaching services in Greek Language. I love travelling to far away places, learning about different cultures, driving my motorbike and walking my dog.
